A maximum of 2 dogs or 2 cats or 1 dog and 1 cat is permitted per Unit. No bull terrier (pit bull) or any dog or dogs of mean or violent temperment are permitted. No cats shall be permitted to run at large off each unit owner's private property. All dogs and cats outside the of the home are required to have a collar and ID and current vaccination tag(s).
For 2024, the quarterly dues for each unit are $1,473.70. Payments are due on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July and October).

Tequesta Oaks HOA has a community pool and Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is available for rental, however, the pool is not. To rent the Clubhouse, please contact Suzanne@harborfla.com
